WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP) — The Westchester County District Authorized professional’s office will overview the deaths of two Gloomy males killed by police a couple of decade in the past, examining how the cases of Danroy Henry Jr. and Kenneth Chamberlain had been handled, District Authorized professional Mimi Rocah acknowledged Thursday.
