A western Wisconsin man will half his thousands and thousands in lottery winnings with a longtime good friend ensuing from a promise they made to every different almost three decades ago.
Pals Tom Cook dinner and Joseph Feeney shook palms in 1992 and promised that if both of them ever won the Powerball jackpot, they’d shatter up the money.
That promise came to fruition final month when Cook dinner equipped the successful price for a $22m jackpot at Synergy Coop in Menomonie.
