We’re extremely suspicious that Regina Hall is popping 50 years old, mostly because now we respect eyes. But it without a doubt’s correct sort, and to show that she without a doubt ages, the Shaded Monday and Upsetting Movie smartly-known person wrote the supreme song to ever be sung about turning 50, and edited a total song video for it. The deeply catchy song begins, “A bitch is old on the present time. I passed half my lifestyles expectan-cay.” Decrease to Hall meditating barefoot on a pile of rocks and singing about how she’s collected obtained “honest puss-ay.” The song is inclusive, with shoutouts to bitches young and old, reasonably and now now not so reasonably. Hall is joined within the video by chums Zoe Terakes, Kath Ebbs, Grace Van Patten, and Tiffany Boone doing the types of stuff you’d absolutely imagine Regina Hall to be doing on her birthday: appealing rosé, bouncing on a trampoline in a tank high that says “FIT HAPPENS,” and placing out searching hot within the pool. But Hall cuts hilariously to every vogue of old folks shit, from casually twiddling along with her thermostat to working the faucet so she can use her capsules. Within the director’s commentary/liner notes/Instagram caption, Hall writes, “Because of laughter retains you eternally young I wrote a particular song for a particular Birthday.” So she wrote it for a joke, on the opposite hand it’s been caught in our heads for an hour. That’s Grammy habits.
