Spire Motorsports launched Wednesday that Ryan Sparks, crew chief for Spire Motorsports’ No. 7 Cup Sequence crew, will be unavailable to resolve half in Sunday’s Dixie Vodka 400 and can no longer commute to Abode-Miami Speedway.
