EU to Sanction Contributors of Putin’s Internal Circle Over Navalny Poisoning
The European Union will impose sanctions on individuals of President Vladimir Putin’s interior circle in step with the poisoning of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, diplomats confirmed, while one other of Mr. Putin’s associates faces sanctions for his position in the Libyan warfare.
