The ongoing conceal debate across the United States has gotten the Hamilton treatment factual in time for the musical’s Disney+ premiere this weekend.
A YouTube parody brings the coronavirus pandemic pro-conceal and anti-conceal aspects head to head, with lyrics themed the soundtrack of Hamilton.
The clip, uploaded by the Holderness Household, gets straight to the sphere as it opens with a call-and-response to the tune of “Aaron Burr, Sir”:
“Pardon me, attain you like gotten gotten germs, sir?”
“No, I attach not — and that is the reason my enterprise, not yours, sir. I even like my rights and like my freedom.”
“To obtain optimistic, sir…”
“However this corona is a sham.”
“I’m getting worried, sir.”
The humorous tune goes on to address all the things from the very serious actuality of the virus to conspiracy theories — and either facet even agree, if factual for a moment, about how rough being in quarantine with kids can even be — sooner than transitioning to the following Hamilton-impressed tunes about why all americans must aloof “factual agree wear a tiny flipping conceal.”
