TOKYO—The man alleged to have wounded 10 folk in a knife attack on a Tokyo commuter say late on Friday commended police he changed into incensed when he saw females who “appeared joyful” and wished to fracture them, Japanese media reported on Saturday.
Police arrested the 36-300 and sixty five days-former man in every other segment of Tokyo after he slashed and stabbed folk within the attack at about 8: 40 p.m. (1140 GMT) on Friday on a say on the Odakyu Line within the western segment of the metropolis, media reported.
