Sept. 21 (UPI) — Denzel Washington and Frances McDormand smartly-known person in a brand recent re-imagining of William Shakespeare‘s Macbeth in the recent trailer for The Tragedy of Macbeth.
Washington portrays Lord Macbeth in the clip launched on Tuesday with McDormand as Girl Macbeth.
Director Joel Coen of the Coen Brothers who is married to McDormand, is presenting the movie in dim and white.
Lord Macbeth walks through a barren command, an unknown hand pics up a crown and Girl Macbeth looks to be over her shoulder in the trailer.
“By the pricking of my thumbs, one thing irascible this kind comes,” a voiceover says.
Co-stars consist of Corey Hawkins, Brendan Gleeson and Harry Melling.
The Tragedy of Macbeth is coming to theaters on Dec. 25 and will be on hand to lumber on Apple TV+ starting on Jan. 14.
