2nd former staffer accuses Andrew Cuomo of sexual harassment – NYT file

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has an expanding #MeToo disaster as he continues to be slowed down in a scandal over refusing to file COVID-19 nursing home deaths over fears of prosecution.
