Within the model of this Article in the starting up published, Extended Records Fig. 4 had erroneous coloration and an erroneous epic. PacBio long reads matched against CLINVAR variants have been incorrectly colored in gentle green as an different of brown (high fair appropriate of panel a). Within the underside shared epic (below panel c), Nanopore became once incorrectly identified with a brown circle as an different of murky green. This figure has been corrected with a original epic for CLINVAR/OMIM variant diagnosis (below panel b) and a separate, corrected epic for examination variant diagnosis on the underside of the figure.
