Utah Jazz chairman Ryan Smith offered a public apology to the Memphis Grizzlies, Ja Morant and Morant’s family after the point guard’s folks had been subjected to racist and sinister comments by three separate followers attending Recreation 2 of the Western Convention Quarterfinals on Wednesday.
