Kim Jong Un: North Korea Is ‘Very Sorry’ for Killing Civil Servant From the South

SEOUL—North Korean leader Kim Jong Un issued a uncommon apology for his navy’s brutal killing of a South Korean civil servant at sea, announcing he feels “very sorry” for the incident, officials in Seoul stated.
