Netflix’s Wednesday Addams Spinoff Has Its Gomez

The upcoming Netflix sequence featuring Wednesday Addams seems to maintain its Gomez. Collider reports that the Addams family patriarchy will likely be played by Luis Guzmán.

Guzmán joins the solid boasting a worthy filmography that capabilities Boogie Nights, Magnolia, and Traffic. He steps staunch into a position previously held by the inimitable Raul Julia amongst others.

Guzmán joins Jenna Ortega, who will play Wednesday as she attends Nevermore Academy and handles the whole common concerns facing a young lady with psychic powers, including inserting a discontinuance to a killing spree. It’s the newest in a string of presentations that maintain taken classic properties and added a darker tinge to them, including Riverdale and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

The recent interpret will likely be directed by Tim Burton, with Smallville’s Al Gough and Miles Millar serving as showrunners. Netflix won the bidding battle for the recent interpret help in February 2021.
