North Carolina plays 1,000th ACC sport, beats Syracuse 81-75

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) — Garrison Brooks and Armando Bacot every had a double-double, and North Carolina pulled away within the final three minutes to beat Syracuse 81-75 on Tuesday evening.

The Tar Heels (8-4, 3-2 Atlantic Float Convention) modified into the main men’s basketball program to play 1,000 frequent-season ACC video games. The Tar Heels are 708-292 and indulge in the most wins in ACC historical previous.
